Application review
For new plasma cutting, welding or automation selection. Include annual part mix, edge objective, available utilities and the operation immediately after cutting.
Prepare a configuration briefA useful first message names the material, thickness range, process, machine or cell context, observed result and safe checks already completed. Do not send confidential drawings until an authorized channel and handling requirement have been agreed.

Prepare a configuration briefFor troubleshooting, attach the exact model identification, controller event sequence, alarm text, consumable observations and whether the condition repeats safely.
Document the symptomFor CNC, height-control and table interfaces. Identify the system owner for electrical design, guarding, extraction, signal mapping and final machine conformity.
Map the interfaces
Requests are routed by application, product family and region. Response timing depends on the information supplied, time zone and whether an on-machine diagnostic or qualified local service action is required.
Use the application brief to capture what is already measured. If a value is unknown, mark it unknown rather than estimating. That allows the first response to request the smallest useful next check.
A labeled photograph is more useful when it shows torch direction, sample position and scale. For an intermittent event, note local time, program step and whether the same sequence can be reproduced without defeating a guard or interlock. Keep the original consumables and sample available until the review identifies what should be inspected.
For urgent safety or active equipment hazards, stop work, isolate the equipment under the site's procedure and contact the authorized local safety or service channel. This website form is not an emergency service.
